Today (15/5), PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur (PT KSI) through the KS Peduli program contributed to the commemoration of World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day, which was coupled with World Thalassemia Day at the Cilegon City Level. This event was held at the Hall of the Cilegon Mayor's Office House.

This activity was also attended by the Deputy Mayor of Cilegon, Mr. Fajar Hadi Prabowo, who also supported the initiation of the “Kakak Asuh” program, which is a movement to distribute blood donations for Thalassemia survivors that will last until December 2025.

As a form of commitment in the KS Peduli program, PT KSI provides assistance for children with Thalassemia survivors, to support their health and enthusiasm in undergoing treatment. For this contribution, PT KSI received an award from PMI and the Mayor of Cilegon.

This event was also enlivened with various series of activities such as remarks from the Deputy Mayor, symbolic handover of assistance, educational talk show on Thalassemia treatment with a medical team from the Regional Hospital, performances from Thalassemia survivor children, as well as free health checks and blood donor actions for the community.

With this KS Peduli continues to have a positive impact on the surrounding community. Together, we build a healthier and hopeful future.
