PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur (PT KSI) confirms its commitment in improving the quality of the company's management system through the ISO 9001: 2015 Audit Training which lasted for two days, on February 6-7, 2025, at Royale Krakatau Hotel, Cilegon. The training was opened by PT KSI's HR & Finance Director, Shirley Shinta, and presented Budhi Subagio from Sucofindo as the main instructor.

The training aimed to provide an in-depth understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, particularly in corporate management systems, and equip participants with the skills to implement it effectively. To optimize the training, it was divided into two sessions: the first session for managerial ranks (VPs, Managers, and Superintendents) focusing on the implementation of the quality management system at the policy level, and the second session for Supervisors and Foreman focusing on technical implementation in daily operations.

Through this training, participants are expected to understand the basic concepts of ISO 9001:2015, documentation structure, quality management system development planning, and the preparation of company policies according to ISO standards. With the implementation of this activity, PT KSI continues to ensure optimal implementation of the quality management system to increase operational efficiency, improve work systems, and provide the best service for customers and business partners.
