On November 20, 2024, PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur proudly held KSI IDEATHON. This activity is a forum for innovators in each KSI department to present ideas and innovations through the Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) Cycle approach according to the Quality Excellent Activity (QEA) rules.

With the theme “Build Innovation Culture to Accelerate Sustainable Business Growth”, KSI IDEATHON aims to internalize a culture of innovation in every activity of the company, so that the sustainability of the company's business is always maintained in accordance with the AKHLAK core values on the Adaptive value which requires SOE personnel to always be enthusiastic in innovating, creative and proactive in facing changes.

The team with the best score is entitled to represent the company at the national level competition in the National Quality & Productivity Control Meeting (TKMPN).
