Cilegon – PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur & Group held a two-day in-house training session titled “Strategic Business and Human Capital Alignment for Sustainable Growth 2026–2027” on June 2–3, 2026. This event is part of the company’s commitment to aligning its business strategy with human resource management and development to support sustainable corporate growth. The training featured Prof. Dr. Elfindri, S.E., M.A., an academic and economics expert from Andalas University, as the keynote speaker.

Through this training, participants gained a deeper understanding of the importance of human capital as a strategic partner in supporting the achievement of the company’s business objectives. Additionally, this event served as a platform to strengthen synergy among companies in facing increasingly dynamic and competitive business challenges.

The event was attended by 10 companies under the KSI Group, with PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur (KSI) serving as the organizer. Participating companies included PT Krakatau Sarana Properti, PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera, PT Krakatau Jasa Industri, PT Krakatau Tirta Industri, PT Krakatau Information Technology, PT Krakatau Tirta Operasi dan Pemeliharaan, PT Krakatau Jasa Samudera, PT Krakatau Jasa Logistik, and PT Krakatau Samudera Solusi.

Through this training, KSI hopes to create stronger alignment between business strategy and human resource management across all companies within the KSI Group. Thus, each company can enhance its organizational capabilities, strengthen its competitiveness, and support the achievement of sustainable growth during the 2026–2027 period.
