On Tuesday, December 17, 2024, PT Krakatau Steel, Tbk received the 2024 Public Information Disclosure Award as a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) with the Informative category. The award was given in an event organized by the Central Information Commission at the Movenpick Hotel, Central Jakarta.

The Chairman of the Central Information Commission, Donny Yoesgiantoro, in his speech said that this year an evaluation was carried out on 363 public bodies from various categories, including SOEs. Of this total, 162 public bodies (44.63%) obtained informative qualifications, an increase compared to the previous year.

In the SOE category, 36 SOEs obtained Informative qualifications, with PT Krakatau Steel, Tbk achieving a score of 94.15, an increase from the previous year which obtained a score of 92.85.

President Director of PT Krakatau Steel, Tbk, Akbar Djohan, was present to receive the award. This award is a motivation for PT Krakatau Steel, Tbk to continue to improve public information disclosure as part of efforts to implement Good Corporate Governance.
