PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk continues to be committed to carrying out transformation to strengthen its position as a national strategic industry. As part of this effort, the company held a Short Course on Strategic Management & Leadership Training for Krakatau Steel Group Top Management on February 20, 2025. This activity is in collaboration with the Indonesian Defense University (Unhan RI) and Group I Kopassus to improve the quality of human resources as the foundation of the company's sustainability.

The training involved 100 participants, including all directors, to broaden their visionary and strategic leadership insights. President Director of Krakatau Steel, Muhamad Akbar Djohan, emphasized that this program was a follow-up to the previous leadership training that had been attended by several directors.

The Dean of the Defense Management Faculty of the Defense University of Indonesia, Vice Admiral Dr. Sri Yanto, highlighted the importance of strategic industry synergy with national defense in facing global challenges. “A strong industry will strengthen national defense,” he said.

Through this initiative, Krakatau Steel continues to innovate, strengthen global competitiveness, and create future leaders who are ready to face international industrial challenges.
