Responsibility to Stakeholders

Our commitment to conduct business operations professionally and with integrity is reflected in our efforts to continuously improve and standardize all our activities. We do this with the aim of ensuring that every stage of our operations is in accordance with established standards. By focusing on a high level of compliance, we aim to establish ourselves as a reliable and respected partner in the eyes of our investors, tenants and partners.

In addition, we also place great value on positive relationships with our various stakeholders. These stakeholders include three main categories:

  1. Key Stakeholders: We recognize that the success of our projects can affect the surrounding communities and those directly involved in decision-making regarding our projects. Therefore, we endeavor to establish a good relationship with the communities that may be affected and have an open dialog with them.
  2. Supporting Stakeholders: We also pay special attention to those who have a vested interest in our projects, although not directly involved in our decision-making. These include government agencies at the local level that may have a role in project permits or approvals, non-governmental organizations concerned with social or environmental impacts, and universities with expertise in related fields.
  3. Key Stakeholders: We understand the importance of maintaining good relationships with those who have legal authority over our policies and projects. These key stakeholders include local governments, legislators, and agencies that have direct authority over our projects.

We see that maintaining positive relationships with all these stakeholders is one of the important aspects of creating a sustainable, responsible business that respects the principles of good governance.
