In order to strengthen policy direction and unite steps towards sustainable growth, PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur held a Strategic Meeting between the Board of Commissioners (BOC) and the Board of Directors (BOD). This activity is an important moment to evaluate performance while aligning the company's vision and strategy going forward.

On June 17, 2025, the agenda continued with direct visits to a number of operational areas, namely KIK 1, EPZ, KBS, KIK 2 and KIK 3. This visit is a means to see firsthand the process and potential for development in the field, while strengthening mutual understanding of the challenges and business opportunities that exist.

The activity was closed with a meal together in a warm atmosphere and full of togetherness. Apart from being a form of appreciation, this moment is also interpreted as an effort to strengthen relationships, build more open communication, and strengthen synergy between leaders to bring PT KSI towards a more solid, resilient and competitive future.
