Cilegon, November 3, 2025 – PT KSI received a visit from PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (SMI) on Monday, November 3, 2025, in order to optimize infrastructure project collaboration, strengthen asset management, and support national industrial resilience through the financing cooperation that has been established between PT KSI and SMI since 2022.

The visit was attended by Ms. Shirley Shinta, Director of Human Resources & Finance at PT KSI, accompanied by Mr. Bayu Prayudo, VP SABM & Finance at PT KSI, Mr. Juliasdi Saputra, Finance Manager at PT KSI, along with the PT KSI team. SMI was represented by Mr. Kanny Hidaya (Chair of the Sharia Supervisory Board), Mr. Hendry (Head of Risk Division), Mr. M. Sjafari (Head of Compliance Division), Ms. Deswita Nia Nur (Team Leader Risk) and the SMI team.

This strategic meeting marked a concrete step by both companies to strengthen synergy in Sharia-based governance, infrastructure risk management, and sustainable asset management to support the resilience of the national industry.
