October 8, 2025 – Together with PT KS, PT KSI & Group participated in the Supervisor Development Program Training on October 8-10, 2025. This event was attended by enthusiastic new supervisors who were eager to hone their leadership and team management skills.

The training is designed to equip participants to become effective supervisors by enhancing their professional capabilities in leading teams, building solid cooperation, communication, problem-solving, and improving company performance and productivity.
