Cilegon, November 18, 2025 - PT KSI officially began the process of establishing a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in KIK 3 through a Kick Off Meeting held in the Creative Meeting Room, Wisma Krakatau, Cilegon. The event was attended by Mr. Dazul Herman, President Director of PT KSI; Mr. Rachman Hidayat, Director of Business Development at PT KSI; Mr. Taufiq Nurdaiman, Director of Operations at PT KSP; and Mr. Jekson, Head of Investment Banking at PT Bahana Sekuritas, along with the accompanying consultant team. Also present were Mr. Sylvan with the Dentons HPRP team, Ms. Monica with the Colliers International Indonesia team, as well as the Chair, Vice Chair, and all members of the PT KSI SEZ Formation Team.

This meeting marked the beginning of a strategic collaboration that will accelerate the process of establishing the SEZ in KIK 3, overcome various technical and regulatory challenges, and ensure that the area to be developed can become a magnet for national and international investment and a new economic driver for Indonesia, especially the Banten region.
