On October 10, 2024, PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur and PT Pertamina International Shipping officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding on collaboration in Shipping, Marine Services, Logistics, and other business potentials at the Oil Center Building, Head Office of PT Pertamina Gas Jakarta.

The scope of this cooperation covers various aspects, such as ship charter transportation, provision of Marine Services, Agency, Logistics Shorebase, and business development that includes water supply, information technology (IT), and other industrial services.

The event was attended by Mr. Alugoro Mulyowahyudi as President Director of PT KSI, accompanied by Ms. Shirley Shinta, Director of HR & Finance of PT KSI. From PT PIS, Mr. Yoki Finardi as President Director of PT PIS was present along with Mr. Arief Sukmara, Director of Gas, Petrochemical and New Business. In addition, the President Director of PT KIT, Operations Director of PT KBS, as well as the Commercial Team of PT KTI were also present to provide support for this collaboration.
