As mandated in the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Regulation Number PER-2/MBU/03/2023 concerning Governance Guidelines, the Company has established Risk Management Guidelines No.: IF.04/0464/2025 with the aim of protecting and creating value for KSI.
These Risk Management Guidelines can serve as a guide in managing risks from every activity/business process and project implementation effectively and efficiently, so that the company's vision, mission, advice, and targets can be achieved with the most optimal results and as part of Integrated Governance.
