PT KSI is committed to creating a transparent and accountable work culture, free from illegal or unethical practices, and ensuring that every action and decision made by KSI employees is based on the principles of business ethics and work ethics.
Violations of regulations, Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles, business ethics and work ethic values, and others are things that must be avoided by PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur employees. Therefore, as a manifestation of KSI's commitment to creating a clean and responsible work environment, KSI has developed and implemented a violation reporting system in order to provide KSI employees with the opportunity to report alleged violations of regulations and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles.
With this violation reporting system in place, it is hoped that potential violations at KSI can be prevented and detected. Complaints received through this violation reporting mechanism (whistle blowing system) need to be given attention and followed up, including the imposition of appropriate penalties to deter violators.
The reporter is required to submit a written complaint of violation to the Violation Reporting Manager through the means/media provided by the Company as follows:
