The Company established a Gratification Control Unit (UPG) in the Corporate Secretary under the Corporate Communication & Community Development Department. UPG manages and controls gratuities to uphold PT KSI's ethical standards, preventing bribery, fraud, and corruption. UPG has created Gratification Management and Control Work Instructions, and it encourages gratuity reporting directly to UPG.

On July 1, 2016, Management issued Circular No. IF.04/0090/2016, prohibiting the acceptance of gratification, demonstrating support for a clean PT KSI.

1. PT KSI's Board of Commissioners, Directors, and Employees commit not to offer bribes or prohibited gratuities to obtain unlawful benefits from any party, whether government institutions, individuals, or companies.
2. They also pledge not to solicit or accept bribes or prohibited gratuities in connection with their tasks, as prohibited by law.
3. PT KSI's leadership and employees are responsible for preventing corruption by enhancing integrity, monitoring, and system improvements.
