In alignment with our dedication to upholding Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles and abiding by the law, PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur conducts its business affairs with transparency, fairness, and equality. We emphasize the importance of compliance with regulations, GCG principles, business ethics, and workplace ethics among our employees.

To prevent and address potential violations, we have established a violation reporting system that enables our employees to confidentially report suspected breaches of regulations and GCG principles. This system reflects our commitment to fostering a clean and accountable work environment.

Through this reporting mechanism, we aim to identify and rectify potential violations within our organization. Reports submitted through this system are thoroughly reviewed and, if substantiated, appropriate actions, including penalties, are taken to deter future violations.

Reports should be submitted in writing to our Violation Reporting Administrator through the channels provided, such as our Complaint Box (Drop Box) located in Wisma Krakatau Building and Wisma Baja Jakarta Building, our website (ptksi.id/wbs), or via email (wbs@ptksi.id).

Reporters are encouraged to provide detailed information about the alleged violation, including the parties involved, location, time, circumstances, and supporting evidence. While whistleblowers can choose to remain anonymous, providing comprehensive initial information enhances the effectiveness of the investigation and follow-up process.

In cases where the reported party is the Reporting Administrator, an independent official appointed by the Board of Directors will oversee the investigation process to maintain impartiality. Reports submitted anonymously are still evaluated based on content, credibility, and corroborating evidence.
